In India Summer is still scorching while in the West, especially in Europe the climate has already changed to pleasantly cold. In a month or two freezing winter would have taken over. So I planned to backpack for Europe on 1st of this August. I started with a "less is more" attitude, that means I'd go for a dormitory than a hotel, relish low cost food at the low cost restaurants and take the public transport modes.
